Where the numbers come from
Store counts come from company filings, investor materials, franchise disclosure documents and industry rankings. Credit ratings are S&P issuer ratings unless noted. Every tenant page lists its sources and the period each figure covers. Some figures are approximate and marked as such.
Lease terms on tenant pages describe what is typical in the market, not any specific deal. Always read the lease.
How the news wire works
We read RSS feeds from trade publications, wire services and news searches every 30 minutes. Headlines are tagged automatically to the tenants and topics they mention and link to the original publisher. We show headlines and short excerpts only.
