The fine print.

These terms apply to your use of netlease.studio and our newsletter, videos and podcasts (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Not investment, legal or tax advice
Everything on the Service, including tenant profiles, data, guides, videos and commentary, is general information for educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or lease any property or security. Net lease investing involves risk. Do your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
Accuracy
We compile tenant figures from public filings, company disclosures, franchise disclosure documents and industry sources, and we note sources and dates where we can. Figures may be approximate, out of date or wrong, and typical lease terms describe the market rather than any specific deal. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Third-party content and links
Our news wire shows headlines and short excerpts from other publishers and links to the original articles. That content belongs to its publishers, and we are not responsible for it or for external websites. Photographs are used under Creative Commons licenses and credited on our photo credits page.
Our content
Original text, data compilations, design and media on the Service belong to NetLease.Studio. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back. Please don’t republish our content in bulk, resell it, or scrape the Service in a way that burdens it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems you aren’t authorized to access, or submit others’ email addresses without permission.
Newsletter
Subscribing is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue. Our handling of subscriber information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetLease.Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or investment value, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
